Today's Daily Inspiration!
Exclusively Breastfed!
After four weeks of successful breastfeeding we decided to introduce a bottle to our baby for
those times when I wanted to get away for awhile. Our first child took expressed milk in
bottles with no problem so we assumed the same for our second.
Not so! After 6 weeks of Dad trying to introduce bottles of breastmilk I was getting a little
frustrated at being so "in demand."
But...After an especially cuddly nursing session with my 10 week old I realized that I
shouldn't be frustrated, but honored, that my baby only wants me! I am solely responsible for
nourishing my baby and I'm a little in awe of such a responsibility, but thrilled to have the
honor!
